Overview
Regi Tom Antony is a practising Chartered Accountant (FCA, member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India) and the founder of Regi Tom Antony & Associates, established in 1997. He is also CIMA/CGMA (UK) qualified, holds an MBA from the University of Wollongong, Australia, and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA, ISACA, USA), a rare combination of finance leadership and IT governance that shapes how he builds automated, controlled finance functions.
Over more than 25 years, he has moved from senior corporate finance leadership in the Middle East to advising Indian SMEs, startups, foreign companies entering India, and NRIs on tax, cross-border structuring and finance transformation. His work today spans Virtual CFO services, NRI and DTAA advisory, GST and Indian tax, and AI-driven finance automation.
