  • PAN and Aadhaar of all proposed partners / directors
  • Current GST certificate and recent returns
  • Bank account details and last 6 months' statements
  • Existing client contracts and master service agreements
  • Registered office address proof (rent agreement + utility bill + NOC)
  • DIN / DPIN for partners / directors (we apply if not held)
