STEP 1
Nominee Consent

Appoint and obtain consent of nominee in Form INC-3.

STEP 2
Name Reservation

File SPICe+ Part A with name options ending in '(OPC) Private Limited'.

1–2 working days

STEP 3
DSC + DIN

Obtain DSC and DIN for the sole member and director.

2–3 working days

STEP 4
SPICe+ Filing

File SPICe+ Part B with MOA, AOA and AGILE-PRO.

3–4 working days

STEP 5
Incorporation & PAN/TAN

Registrar issues Certificate of Incorporation with PAN and TAN.

3–5 working days

  • PAN and Aadhaar of the sole member and nominee
  • Address proof (utility bill / bank statement) of member and nominee
  • Passport-size photographs
  • Registered office proof — rent agreement + utility bill
  • NOC from the property owner
  • Email IDs and mobile numbers (linked to Aadhaar)
  • Form INC-3 — nominee consent
