Appoint and obtain consent of nominee in Form INC-3.

1–2 working days
Obtain DSC and DIN for the sole member and director.
2–3 working days
File SPICe+ Part B with MOA, AOA and AGILE-PRO.
3–4 working days
Registrar issues Certificate of Incorporation with PAN and TAN.

- Address proof (utility bill / bank statement) of member and nominee
- Passport-size photographs
- Registered office proof — rent agreement + utility bill
- NOC from the property owner
